Thessalonians 4: 13-18  
13.  But, I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have not no hope.


In this verse the Apostle Paul is speaking of the dead.  In scripture the dead are often referred to as sleeping or asleep until the resurrection.
He is telling faithful people not be sad and even those that don't believe and have no hope.  (There is hope)


14.  For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.


In this verse.  Paul explains that if you believe that Jesus rose then also believe that God will bring the dead to life and they will accompany him. (God)


15.  For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.


The dead in Christ shall rise first and will not be stopped.


16.  For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first.


There will be a very very loud shout  heard around the world by the archangel and a loud trumpet.   Then the dead in Christ shall rise first.  


*Remember when the dead rose as in the case of Jesus and the little girl and Lazarus-  They were made whole.  The were not decayed or foul looking like zombies.  The were healthy and normal looking.


John 11:14,15  Words from Jesus
14.  Then said Jesus unto them plainly,  Lazarus is dead.
15.  And I am glad for your sakes that I was not there, to the intent ye may believe: nevertheless let us go unto him


In these two verses Jesus is  in a way glad that Lazarus is dead, so that he can prove that he can raise the dead.


John 11: 25,26
25.  Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life; he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live.
26.  And whosoever liveth and believeth in me shall never die. Believest thou this.


In these two verse Jesus makes it very clear that if you die believing in him.  You shall live again.  And he also states:
If you live and believe in him, you shall never die.


Thessalonians 4: 17-18  continued
17. Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
18.  Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

Here the Apostle Paul tells us that after the dead have risen then those that are alive and did not cease to believe in Jesus will meet him in the sky.  Then we w ill remain with the lord forever.


Thessalonians 5:1-11
5.1 But of the times and the season, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you.  


In other words,  No one knows the hour nor the day that Christ will come.  We must keep vigil and prepare ourselves for that day.  As the bride waiting for the groom on her wedding day.


2. So you yourselves know so perfectly that the day in of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.


(Remember one minute someone will be in front of you and with blink they will be gone)


Mystery revealed
3.  For when they shall say, peace and safety; then sudden destruction cometh upon them, as travail upon a woman with child; and they shall not escape.  


Just as sudden as birth pangs the destruction will come.  And they shall not escape.  (no one shall escape that day)


4.  But, ye, breathren, are not in darkness, that that day should overtake you as a thief.
5.  Ye are all the children of light, and the children of the day: we are not of the night, nor of darkness.
6.  Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober.


Because your are children of god that day of rapture will overtake you like thief.  Be vigilant and ready.  Keep a watchful eye for the signs of his coming.  Don't sleep through them, nor be deceived.


7.  For they that sleep  sleep in the night: and they that be drunken are drunken in the nights.
8.  But let us , who are of the day be sober, putting on the breast plate of faith and love ; and for a helmet, the hope of salvation.
9. For God hat not appointed us to wrath, but to obtain salvation by our Lord Jesus Christ.
10. Who died for us, that whether we wake or sleep, we should live together with him.


These verses are warnings for us not to be caught in sin.  To stay clean in your ways if thinking and living and be godly people.  Helping the less fortunate. Neither being lovers of evil or drunkards.
So children of god be sober, (wise)and put the breast plate of faith and love; and for your helmet hope and salvation.
Because God does not want his children to suffer wrath, but to obtain salvation through our Lord Jesus Christ.  
Jesus who died for us whether we are living or dead in Christ shall live with him.


Paul request that gods children spread this important message.

Thessalonians 5: 14-24
14.  Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded. support the weak, be patient toward all men. (mankind)
15.  See that none render evil for evil unto any man: (mankind) but every follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men.


In these two verses Paul is asking us to spread gods message of hope and love and of the coming rapture and resurrection to those that are innocent in their thinking and maybe those that need spiritual help, growth, and be patient with one another.  


Don't commit evil for evil deeds on anyone.  But everyone please follow that which is good and righteous before god,  that includes yourselves and everyone else.


16.  Rejoice evermore.
17. Pray without ceasing. (very important)
18. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.
19. Quench not the Spirit
20. Despise no propheysings.
21. Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.
22. Abstain from all appearance of evil.


For all have sinned and come short of the glory of god.  There is no one perfect not one.


Be glad that God in his mercy has not forgotten us.  Pray continually for everyone and the world.  Give thanks for you home, your family, your friends, your food and your safety and those that you love..   Keep learning about the word of god.  And don't despise people who are teaching about the word or maybe in some who are prophesying.  We must test our churches and the teachings of our church the teachers.


**You will know them by the fruits the produce.***
You will know them by the people the come from those churches.  Are they truly God fearing.  Are they truly following scripture.  Are the truly forgiving.   And stay away from evil or doing evil, or speaking evil.  Nor be lovers of evil.


The wonderful thing about this message is that there is hope and if we fall.  We get back up and try again.  We will probably fall many many times.  But we have to keep trying.  God will forgive us as long as we keep trying and we keep trying to do it no more.


Jesus would always say to the people he saved. "Do it no more. Come out from among them." And last message is something that I personally pray for in myself.  Because to error is human.  And I try to be a better person every day.  I just keep polishing and hopefully and will get that white robe with that crown of jewels and I will be found righteous on that great day before the lord.


23.  And the very god of peace sancitify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and should and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.


For those Warriors in Christ. One final message.
24.  Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.

Thessalonians 1:7  Message for God children.
7.  And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels,


Thessalonians 1:8  Message for unbelievers
8. In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ.
9  Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the lord, and from the glory of his power.

For Fathers Day - A few words of advice from scripture

The job of a father is often a difficult job.  Men have labored for generations to support their families.  Men of honor alway do right by their loved ones.  One of the main parental guide lines that I feel is important; is that the mouth can be a double edged sword.  We can choose bless our children with our words or we can curse them.


When you bless your children, you are lifting them up to greatness.  When you curse your children - you have cursed them through generations. 


When I say curse I mean:demeaning, putting down, telling them they will never amount to anything, when there is abuse in all its forms.  Which gives them a sense of hopelessness.


They may not do well and may find it difficult in this world.  According to scripture it's a fathers responsibility to make sure that his children are taught the word of god.  Teach them in the way that they should know. 




Proverbs 22:6
6.  Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.


Your children may stray for a time.  But if you teach them the word of God.  They will return.


Colossians 3:21


21. Fathers, do not provoke your children, lest they become discouraged.


Don't anger you children.  Reason with them.  Treat them as though you were speaking to an adult if they are teenagers.  Respect each other.  Agree to disagree on some points.  Stay quite and listen to your children.  Then offer advice.


Ephesians 6:4


4. And, ye fathers, provoke not your children to wrath: but bring them up in the nurture and admonition of the Lord.  (training and instruction of the lord)


Nuture them and be patient with them.  Especially teenagers.


Psalm 78:4


^4. We will not hide them from their children, shewing to the generation to come the praises of the LORD, and his strength, and his wonderful works that he hath done.


Though your examples and teachings your children can teach by example their own children for generations.


Colossians 3:19


Husbands, love your wives and do not be bitter toward them. 


We must teach our children to show reverence in the house of the lord


Psalm 5:7


⁷ But I, by your great mercy, will come into your house;in reverence will I bow down toward your holy temple.


Letter to our children:


Todays world is very tough on our children.  They have to worry about drugs, being beaten, gangs, being shot and HIV and death at an early age and the loss of many friends.  This is our society.  And these things are happening in our schools today; where our kids should feel safe.  But as parents we must guide  them in the way that they should go.  And be diligent in our prayers for their protection. Sit down and really listen to your children.  Don't say a word until they are done.  Try to understand what they are feeling.  Respect them and they will respect you.  If they get angry.  Tell them to take a walk and when they cool down.  Reason with one another.  Forgive each other and show each other that you love one another.   

Colossians 3:20


^20. Children, obey your parents in all things: for this is well pleasing unto the Lord.

7. For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (fear) but a spirit of power of love, and self discipline

There will always be temptation.  If the devil can rob you of everything good god has planned for you; he will.  He will tempt you and hurt you, and take away you beloved families.  Because he is a deceiver and a liar.  Be godly  men, Be God fearing, Be compassionate, Be giving and Forgiving.  Do no evil; neither be lovers of evil.  They will only be cut off at the shaft.  


Heavenly Father bless these men; their wife and their children.  Let your will be done through them always.  Send your angels to surround and protect them so that not one hair on their heads be harmed.  Send someone to minister to their children and to their fathers.  Let them be great men of God, Let them be great fathers, Great husbands, loving and giving of themselves before others.


Let your will be done always in Jesus name I pray.  And I claim victory over all evil and malice.  For I put my trust in the hands of God, my Jehovah, my Yaweh.  Not by might nor by power, but by my Spirit says the Lord Almighty.  I claim it done.  Amen

Revelation 8:7-13-The First Angel
7. The first angel sounded, and there followed hail and fire mingled with blood, and they were cast upon the earth: and the third part of trees was burnt up.


Isaiah 28:2
Behold, the Lord hath a mighty and strong one, which as a tempest of hail and a destroying storm, as a flood of mighty waters overflowing, shall cast down to the ear with the hand.


This year the weather advisory and even scientist have posted many statements indicating that due to polar ice caps melting the waters will increase; causing hurricanes and storms to be great and stronger the ever before. Which Hurricane Katrina is just the beginning.   The following is from discovery news by Larry O Haton:

From Science Daily: Tornado Threat Increases As Gulf Hurricanes Get Larger- ScienceDaily (Sep. 10, 2009) — Tornadoes that occur from hurricanes moving inland from the Gulf Coast are increasing in frequency, according to researchers at the Georgia Institute of Technology. Revelation 8:8-The Second Angel
8. And the second angel sounded, and as it were a great mountain burning with fire was cast into the sea:  And the third part of the sea became blood
9.  And the third part of the creatures which were in the sea had had life, died: and the third part of the ships were destroyed.

A meteorite has smashed into the ground in Mexico, leaving a 30 meter (100 feet) wide crater, reports said. The meteorite impact was in the Ahuazotepec Municipality in Central Mexico between the cities of Puebla and Hidalgo. The precise impact area of the meteorite was in a relatively unpopulated area and hit around 6.30pm local time, Mexican media said. The Ahuazotepec, Mexico meteorite impact was so massive it broke windows in homes many kilometers from the epicenter and people reported buildings swaying and mass confusion.

This indicates a larger meteor will fall into the sea destroying a third of the sea life.  All we can do is watch over our skies.  At least our scientist can.

Peru meteorite strike leaves 200 ill- Tue Sep 18 , 7:12 PM ET  In  2007

About 200 villagers have fallen ill from mysterious gases that spewed from a crater after a meteorite crashed in southeastern Peru, but no radiation has been detected, officials and scientists said Tuesday.
Scores of residents of the farming village of Carancas began vomiting and complaining of headaches and dizziness after the space object struck the area Saturday, creating an eight meter (26-foot) deep, 20 meter (65 foot) wide crater.
"We have determined with precision instruments that there is no radiation," engineer Renan Ramirez of the Peruvian Nuclear Energy Institute told AFP.
Ramirez said the illnesses may have been triggered by sulfur, arsenic or other toxins that may have melted in the extreme heat produced by the meteorite strike.
"It is a conventional meteorite that, when it struck, produced gases by fusing with elements of the terrain," he said.

Extreme health effects- Police officers who went to crater were given oxygen and taken to hospital after suffering from similar symptoms. A local scientist said that fumes from the crater are so strong that he felt irritation in his nose and throat even though he was wearing a mask.

A local health ministry official, Jorge Lopez, said none of the patients were seriously ill, but that they would have to undergo blood and neurological tests as a precaution. A medical facility was installed in Carancas to treat the patients, and "if necessary, some will be sent to hospitals in Puno," the nearest big city, he said.

Peruvian Nuclear Energy Institute engineer Renan Ramirez said a team of scientists found no radiation at the crash site and confirmed that a fallen satellite did not create the crater. Ramirez speculated that sulphur, arsenic or other toxins that melted in the extreme heat produced by the meteorite strike might have caused the illnesses that struck the local population.
